I was blown away by the customer service. As a husband and dad of 4, I knew I needed to protect my family in case of an emergency like a car wreck. But I was completely intimidated. H2K answered all my questions and gave me the resources to learn how to use my kit. I feel so much better knowing my wife and my car’s each have one in the trunk.
Also, the bag is smaller than I thought it would be which is good because I need all the trunk space I can get when we travel.
