I was blown away by the customer service. As a husband and dad of 4, I knew I needed to protect my family in case of an emergency like a car wreck. But I was completely intimidated. H2K answered all my questions and gave me the resources to learn how to use my kit. I feel so much better knowing my wife and my car’s each have one in the trunk.
Also, the bag is smaller than I thought it would be which is good because I need all the trunk space I can get when we travel.

Had the pleasure of finding H2K on X and have enjoyed the interactions and story behind the product (witnessed a traumatic motorcycle accident, which had a personal connection with me). It was packaged in a neat and compact bag exactly as shown, the items come with clear instructions, everything is clearly placed in the bag for fast and easy use, and the service was great. My package was delayed for a short time (so short I hadn't even noticed) and I got a personally written letter of apology in the package and two extra chest seals + a gauze.
